“Flying” disaster has affected 17 provinces

On August 4, at the press conference held by the joint prevention and control mechanism of the State Council, Han Guangzu, deputy director of the Flight Standards Department of the Civil Aviation Administration of China, said that the closed-loop management of front-line staff engaged in international business should be strictly implemented, and they should not engage in domestic business support and avoid cross operation during their work.

Mi Feng, spokesman of the National Health Commission, said that at present, the global epidemic is rising rapidly and the risk of epidemic import is increasing. Recently, many airports, ports and designated hospitals have successively appeared overseas import related cases, resulting in a certain range of diffusion. As of 9:00 today, 17 provinces have reported existing local confirmed cases or asymptomatic infections, and there are 144 medium and high-risk areas in China, the most since the normalization of prevention and control.

The 21st Century Business Herald reporter noted that the epidemic spread to many parts of the country, from the source, is the domestic transmission caused by poor local prevention and control after the entry of overseas cases.

Among them, the first transmission points of the epidemic in China include Nanjing, Xiamen and Zhengzhou. The epidemic in Nanjing and Xiamen is related to the personnel undertaking international flights or related support tasks. The epidemic in Zhengzhou is the transmission caused by the gap in hospital prevention and control during the admission and treatment of overseas imported cases in a hospital.

By combing the communication chains of Nanjing, Yangzhou, Zhangjiajie, Zhuzhou, Zhengzhou and Xiamen, the 21st century economic report has restored the key communication chain.

Transmission path of “case 1” in Yangzhou

Since the first confirmed case was reported in Nanjing on July 20, to 24:00 on August 3, 223 local confirmed cases have been reported in Nanjing, including 191 cases in Jiangning District under the jurisdiction of Nanjing Lukou Airport, accounting for more than 85%.

As of August 4, Nanjing Lukou Airport was still completely closed. A series of evidence showed that Nanjing was trying its best to prevent the epidemic from spreading to other regions by almost “closing the city”.

By 24:00 on August 3, the fourth round of nucleic acid testing for all staff in Nanjing had been basically completed, with a total of 5.675 million people sampled, of which 5.494 million had completed the testing. During the screening period, a total of 7 confirmed cases were found in isolated key populations. At present, there are 1 high-risk area and 31 medium risk areas in Nanjing.

Novel coronavirus pneumonia is a common disease in Nanjing. It shows that the number of confirmed cases in Nanjing is decreasing gradually after the peak period, or indicates that the epidemic has been controlled locally. For example, in August 3rd, 3 new confirmed cases of new crown pneumonia were found in the central area, and all were found in the crowd at the isolated point.
