Wang Lishan, male, Han nationality, born in November 1961, 60 years old this year, from Changyi, Shandong, university degree, bachelor of law, joined the Communist Party of China in July 1982 and started work in December 1977. According to public information, Wang Lishan graduated from the Law Department of China University of Political Science and Law, and became an officer of the Research Office of the Political and Legal Committee of Hebei Provincial Party Committee after graduation. From then to 2016, Wang Lishan has worked in the Hebei Political and Legal System for 32 years.

During this period of more than 30 years, Wang Lishan has served as Deputy Chief Staff Member, Chief Staff Member of Comprehensive Management Office, Deputy Director of Research Office, Director of Coordination and Supervision Office, and Director of Law Enforcement Supervision Office of Hebei Provincial Committee of Political and Legal Affairs. President of the Intermediate People’s Court, member of the Party Group of the Hebei Provincial People’s Procuratorate, Director of the Anti-Corruption and Bribery Work Bureau, Deputy Procurator of the Hebei Provincial People’s Procuratorate, Member of the Standing Committee of the Baoding Municipal Party Committee, Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee of the Hebei Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Provincial Stability Maintenance Office, etc. .

In September 2016, Wang Lishan assumed the post of deputy minister of the Hebei Provincial Party Committee Organization Department (at the department level). In December of that year, he entered Beijing as the deputy ministerial inspection commissioner of the Central Inspection Group. In March 2017, Wang Lishan served as a member of the Standing Committee of the Hubei Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection.

In 2016 and 2017, Wang Lishan participated in the inspection work of the Central Committee, respectively serving as the deputy leader of the 12th inspection group of the 10th round of the central inspection (the Party Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Party Group of the Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs), and the 12th round of the central inspection. This move is intended to “strengthen inner-party supervision and deepen the reform of the party’s disciplinary inspection system.” It needs to be clarified that this is the first time in the party’s history that the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection has dispatched a discipline inspection team to the party’s work department, the People’s Congress, and the CPPCC.

In March 2015, the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection set up 7 new dispatched discipline inspection team leaders. Among them, Zhang Lijun is the leader of the discipline inspection team of the National People’s Congress. In 2016, Zhang Lijun told the media that the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress exercises power collectively and that the NPC agency is the collective staff assistant and service guarantee team of the National People’s Congress and its Standing Committee.
